Finished check up with Dr. D. Bp still high. Exam went well. Got new med. Waiting for test results.

Thanks PC.. I was 165/80. I thought that was fine, but doc still wants it lower. He's increased my bp meds, so I hope that will do the trick. Thanks for caring about me. Your a great friend.
Well you are important. So you need to get that upper number closer to 130 for him to be happy. I know this is a kicker but eliminate or really cut back on salt will help out tremendously with that. That really sucks with the soy sauce but I have seen people really lower that by watching their salt intake. You can do it. Oh and I take three meds now for my bp and it ranges from 117/70 - 129/78. So it can be done. :)
